Ο Έβρος γίνεται συνομιλητής σε μια ποιητική διαδρομή ανάμεσα στον μύθο, στη μνήμη και στην αναζήτηση των ορίων. Οι αγγλικοί στίχοι συνδέουν το ποτάμι με μυθολογικές μορφές και με προσωπικές εικόνες της νύχτας, της όχθης και της επιστροφής.
Η μουσική συνδυάζει έναν βαθύ, διαστημικό ήχο με στοιχεία της παράδοσης της Βόρειας Ελλάδας και υποβλητική γυναικεία ψαλμωδία.
